Swimming and eating cheese? Wow. You know how to live! :-)
How is the duck as a pet? I am a little afraid of bigger birds like ducks and roosters and such because they seem to know that I'm afraid of them and they like to go after my ankles when I turn my back. But currently, I am AT WAR with the slugs and snails eating my garden, and I've heard that ducks will just eat them right up. So now I want a duck. I'd be curious to hear what you think from your experience.
Also, I think yes is an awesome favorite word. Kudos.
I hope you wait 20 minutes after your cheese before swimming!
Mary Ann, you have enough animals to write a children's story! Love it!
You have quite the food chain! I wish you hadn't told us about the swimming in cheese thing...
Kendra, Ducks poop all over and it is not pleasant, so they need some watching . . .
I hear chickens like slugs, too--and they provide eggs. Susan Bennett has had both--heck, Susan has had the whole food chain at one time or another. I wonder what she'd say about the fowl conundrum.
